The proposed zoning ordinance amendment for a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) is listed as an agenda item. At the July 1 East Vincent Township Board of Supervisors' Meeting, Chairman Funk and Supervisor Dunphy voted to allow the proposed zoning ordinance amendment to move through the proper advisory boards which include the East Vincent Township Planning Commission, The Chester County Planning Commission and the Phoenixville Regional Planning Commission. These advisory Boards, along with resident feedback, will provide information and input allowing our Board of Supervisors' to make an informed and transparent decision regarding the proposed zoning ordinance amendment.
